I think this place is a gem. The food is always delicious and a great value. I love the BBQ shrimp dish with skewered vegis. Happened to be there during Happy Hour...$5 glass of wine...great deal. End of school, so it was pretty packed and had a great vibe going on. Really enjoyed our dinner. Will go back again.

I will be dreaming of my meal here for awhile! Located perfectly in the heart of Flagstaff, this wonderful restaurant had amazing entrees of high quality taste, delicious sides, and a very tasty dessert selection!! The locals are lucky to be able to come here often— it was our favorite dinner by far in Flagstaff! Don’t miss it!

1899 bar grillDIAMOND, yes a beautiful gem. I can’t believe this place wasn’t packed. It is off the beaten track, and the signage is not very good, but I would definitely recommend. From the first step into the restaurant, we knew it was the right choice. The hostesses were great. They picked the perfect table for us. We ordered a bottle of vine. I had the pork chop with potatoes and vegetables, delicious, Cornish was also ordered at the table, and my husband ordered a steak that was cooked amazing and perfect! Melody, Chef Rob, Makayla, Alana and Anaya you were all amazing! Chef Rob, Congratulations on getting the perfect flavors with the perfect meats. I can’t wait to come back for another scrumptious meal. OPPS! I almost left out how good the crème brûlée was. A perfect crust!I WOULD RECOMMEND

The waiter was great. The server sadly spilt a drink all over my two daughters spoiling the mood a bit. I understand things happen but the server's attitude seemed disingenuous.

Made reservations for a birthday dinner excepted to have a cozy booth, instead was seated next to a window with college students walking by and peeking in the window. Food was ok bland no taste also it must give a student discount because it got filled with students cussing and yelling at each other. Not what I expected from the reviews.
