I came across some reviews mentioning that the fish was warm, which almost deterred us from visiting, but I believe that’s because the rice is served hot, which warms up the fish sitting on top of it. However, the fish on top of the greens I ordered was quite cold.
This is a great spot for healthy dining. The service is quick, the food is delicious, and there are plenty of choices available.
The food here is incredible! The portions are always generous, leaving me feeling satisfied and energized.
I ordered a three-scoop bowl with a couple of add-ons for $28. While the meal was delicious, the serving size was disappointingly small for the price.
**Detailed Review:** As others have pointed out, the management of this place seems lacking. I've never seen a clean table here during the day—it's like they never wipe them down. The station for straws and forks is often missing items, creating yet another inconvenience. My partner had a particularly unpleasant experience using the restroom; it was filthy and out of soap and paper towels. This left me worried about the hygiene of the meal I just had, wondering if it was prepared by someone who hadn't washed their hands all shift. We did mention the bathroom issue to the staff, but no one followed up on it. Most of the employees behind the counter are usually friendly and helpful, but our visit involved some young staff members who seemed a bit rude and hardly looked old enough to be working there. It's incredibly frustrating because the food is genuinely amazing, and it's the only place like it in Flagstaff. Ahipoki, please improve your hygiene and service—I really want to keep coming back! But how long can I ignore these issues?
