Unfortunately, the blonde manager is quite unprofessional. She tends to be very loud, uses profanity, and creates a lot of unnecessary drama. I want to enjoy my meal, but instead, my fellow diners and I have to listen to inappropriate gossip. To make matters worse, my order was prepared incorrectly. It’s disappointing to say this, but this Taco Bell location is by far the worst I’ve experienced. They really need to improve their hiring process.
The service was extremely rude and unprofessional. They prepared a different order than what I had placed on their app and then claimed it was an issue with the online system, not their mistake. They even asked me to pay extra to fix their error. I won't be returning to this place in the future.
I absolutely love this Taco Bell location. It's always clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. When I visited today at 7:00 PM, they were very busy but still worked hard to fulfill all the orders. They explained that a large order had come in, which was causing a slight delay. After reading some reviews, I feel that people need to be more reasonable and understanding towards these dedicated employees, and learn to be patient while waiting for their food. If there's a wait, it means your meal is being freshly prepared; otherwise, it would just be microwaved. Thank you to all the hardworking and friendly staff! Vegetarian options: Bean burrito and crunchy chalupa.
