Best Fish and chips shop in Ipswich. Feeds my whole family (2 adults and 2 kids) for under $30 with leftovers and I’m a big eater. Highly recommend Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I went back in August while moving so only just catching up on reviews. I came here on my way home on Friday night so had an expectation I might have a wait, and to be fair they had enough staff. What was frustrating was the young guy serving who mumbled so much I could barely work out what he was saying. The place was clean and presentable with a good show of food on display. It was hard to see if they had tartar sauce and forgot to ask as they rushed through my order. The chips are the best I've had in a long time. I'm a crunchy chip fan so loved it. The fish was OK. I'm not sure it was what i ordered though as there did seem to be some discussion of different fish being cooked. Pricing is about the same as it is most places and the value is good for what you get.
Chaos when busy. Okay when normal. Waited 35 minutes for my order. Very noisy inside. Food is okay. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
