Don't understand the bad reviews food always fresh and piping hot on arrival, even offer sides with mains which most don't do anymore : the bbq spare ribs, chicken balls, large spring rolls are always a must

There was no salt and vinegar which I asked for a lot of. I asked for the Sausages to be in with one of the meals but they were put seperate and I wish I hadn't bothered ordering them because they tasted awful. I ordered fried rice chips and gravy and it was very dry hardly any gravy at all. Will not be ordering from here again

The hot and sour soup had fish products in and this was not stated on the description for the contents or allergens. The food arrived cold and squished, all of the boxes opened as if they have been sat on. Very disappointed

Chicken satay was disgusting, chicken wasn't real chicken, like sloppy substance covered in slime, satay sauce was totally tasteless. salt and pepper chips weren't at all flavoursome. satay chicken skewers were nice. rubbish quality
