Kelly Ray's Crawfish, Seafood And Steaks

Having grown up in Biloxi, I'm quite discerning when it comes to seafood. I visited Kelly Rays for the first time on Saturday with a group of five, and we all opted for the all-you-can-eat seafood buffet. It was the best I've had in the area! The fried shrimp were absolutely delicious, and the cooked shrimp along with the corn grits were prepared to perfection. Everything on the buffet was impressive, and the homemade salad dressings were fantastic. The service was exceptionally friendly as well. I truly have nothing negative to say about Kelly Rays. We will definitely be returning soon!

I gave this restaurant a rating of 3 mainly because of the service. We arrived around 6 PM and had to wait for about 15 to 20 minutes for a table. Once seated, it took another 5 to 7 minutes before anyone came to take our drink orders. I ended up having to get up and grab a menu myself, and then I had to get up again to place our order. It was another 10 to 12 minutes before a waitress finally came to our table. On a positive note, the food was ordered and arrived on time. However, I think the waitress who handled our table could improve by checking on all customers, not just the ones at her assigned tables.

The temperature was incredibly high, and I had to pause multiple times during the meal to wipe off sweat. I ordered the all-you-can-eat crab legs and buffet, and it was absolutely delicious. However, my wife chose the fried plate and felt it wasn't up to par. I would definitely consider returning, but since my wife wasn't satisfied, it's unlikely that I'll make a repeat visit.

We're here on Saturday at 6:30. Decided to do everything you can eat crab bone, they would only bring out three clusters at a time. And you'd sit there waiting for another set. Some would be cold while others were hot. Notice how other trays were stacked, but ours weren't. There were only two of us at our table who actually got everything you can eat crab legs. The buffet seems great, but the delivery of the crab legs were not the biggest. The waitress was busy with a big table, I think it was too much for her to handle. Only another complaint would be that they had no crabs for the crab legs. So we wasted some of the claws because you couldn't break them. Apart from the fact that everything else seemed to be good, they will give them another shot that they need to iron out all folds. I hope they'll have everything together by then.

I was in the area to play a wedding at Live Oak. I wanted to eat before the wedding and according to Google, Kelly Ray's was open right when I got into the area. They weren't. I ended up having to go to McDonald's. Please update your info on Google so people know when you are open and can give you a real review.
