The worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to . I had an encounter with Frankie and it was HORRIBLE she should not be working in customer service because her attitude is unbelievably rude ! she made my whole day horrible I was in line earlier today and she made me feel like I was less of a human if she didn’t wanna clock in SHE SHOJLD STAY AT HOME

My cousin Rachel came through the drive thru around 9AM and was mistreated very badly by the shift leader Frankie… this ended with my cousin driving off crying all the way home from how they talked about her with her to hear very clearly. This is a very unprofessional shift leader and should be dealt with accordingly because she’s got the worst attitude. TRUST AND BELIEVE that this woman got an attitude with Rachel’s mom when she tried to call about the issue. Fix that RBF queen?

Let me start out by saying the morning shift employees today were incredibly rude talking trash about customers because they messed up the order. Also the shift manger Frankie needs to fix her attitude when talking to customers and she calls herself a manger talking like that very unprofessional if you ask me!

Will never go back! Frankie was an absolute jerk and should not hold the place she does at this establishment. She needs to work on her attitude problems and I highly suggest she thinks about her personality before showing up to work. So unprofessional!
