Contribuisci feedbackPROS: This place was amazing! The prices were great, atmosphere looked fancy, free pool while you watch a game on many different tvs that surrounded the place (not just at the bar). The staff was friendly and the location being that it was between a hotel and a college is a perfect fit for it. CONS: Unfortunately there was an older crowd there. This crowd had to be 40+ years of age. For someone in their 20s they might not like it. I asked a bartender if the crowd ever gets populated by younger people and he said not really. OVERALL: If you don't mind the crowd and you wanna come for some good food, free pool, and to watch the game--come here, its the best
I really like this hidden gem! It is inside a hotel so most don't even know it exits but it's such an awesome happy hour spot. The location is a good one, there's ample parking right outside the hotel. There are different happy hour specials depending on what day you visit. The specials are absolutely awesome. I've tried their loaded tator tots and they're so delicious. Some other items that have had good feedback are the burgers, sliders, chicken wings, and tacos. Definitely check this spot out if you are in the area or trying to find a happy hour place. There is a nice outdoor area during summer months. There's also pool tables, a game room, a bar and so many different seating options. The only downside is the service is pretty slow!
We went and waited for like 15 minutes, and no one even looked at us. We eventually left, and went over to the buffet spot, but weren't hungry enough for buffet. Luckily there was a worker from the bar over there and she took us back over and got us a menu. She was super sweet and helpful, so we ordered the fish and chips, and the steak (medium rare). The fish was actually pretty decent, but the steak was ridiculously well done and had no seasoning. It was actually the most well done steak I may have ever had, and I didn't know it was possible to cook a steak in butter and garlic, and cbd it with no flavor at all. Honestly, I'm curious how that happened; so thankful they gave me one of those paper packets of salt and pepper. It was a decent cut of meat, which is the worst part of the whole thing; a cow gave its life to be turned into a $24 hockey puck. We should've just ordered from Domino's...
Food was very mediocre. Service was even worse. Bartender will tell you no before you even finish your question. Only reason I 'm giving this place a 2 star is because they had Sam 76!
Been staying here over a month. As a chef I can say that the food overall is pretty good, but at times very inconsistent. Ordered a delicious burger tonight, and it was great, but the fries were soggy, cold and tasted like they were a month old. No napkins, S&P, ketchup etc.
