Bob Evans - Florissant

My first time visiting with my girlfriend and the service was HORRIBLE!!!! I've worked in customer service for 10 years so I know what I should get. From the beginning I was NEVER greeted and the waitress was NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL!!!! The food was mediocre. When I asked for my check my waitress totally ignored me and answered someone else's question. I got up to go pay an she STILL hasn't had my check ready. No you don't get no tip. I shouldn't have even paid for a waste of time.

Decent food. Yes they need a little salt and pepper.

Good service, nice staff, and overall clean environment. BUT Food quality was (in a word), bland. It seems they use as little “fresh” food as they can get away with. My wife and I ordered scrambled eggs and they had no flavor. The only thing we could surmise was that the company is using egg substitute for their customers who order their eggs “scrambled”.
