New York Grill - Florissant

I'll start this by stating that I'm not calling for a correction or going back up there. This will be my outlet. It is Christmas eve and I'm happy they were open and seemed to have good customer service when I entered today but I got back home and my order is not correct. My battery died in the parking lot which sucks but that's my problem not theirs so I won't complain that my food was cold. It just seems like my order is always wrong especially when i door dash, and the whole Jack I'm a customer or buying taste different and look different now maybe it's prepared a little different now!

We had lunch it was cooked up fast fresh and portions were good size!

I ordered a mix kabob n the chx wasnt cut at all, there were ingredients that was missing, the shrimp was overcooked. The rice was not cooked. and its bad customer service i made it home on a sat night mad n hungry picking threw my food.

Erica had great customer service. The experience and food was great!
