Dairy Queen - Flowood

I placed an order a few months ago, but my most recent experience at this restaurant was fantastic. I arrived 10 minutes before closing time and there was a line in front of me. Despite the wait, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They took great care of us with excellent service.

If you want to receive top-notch treatment and service as a customer, then this is the place for you! The food is incredibly fresh and hot, the customer service is excellent, and the management genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Dairy Queen I'm 70 and as far back as I can remember there's been one and pretty much the same tasty.

I had a negative experience at this restaurant due to the rude behavior of one staff member. I ordered something from the menu but when I saw the total of $11 and some change at the window, I mentioned that the menu listed the item for $6.99. The girl at the register confirmed there was a smaller, cheaper option available so I asked for that instead. However, a shorter girl with long braids came to the window and rudely questioned my order, even raising her voice and displaying a nasty attitude. She insisted on double-checking my order, claiming that the pricing on the menu was likely for just the burger and not the combo. Her behavior was completely unnecessary and she even forcefully pushed the girl at the register out of the way. It was a disappointing interaction.

Clean, courteous. First place (out of many) to ever get my Mocha Moolatte perfect! Thank you!
