Eslava's - Flowood

Update: 10/31/2023 UPDATE (from my past review below): HIGHLY SATISFIED during this visit! The food was amazing and on point! The service was over the top! Thank you all for the amazing experience, it was absolutely amazing! I will be back! This was the first time I've ever been to Eslava's Grille. The service was mediocre at best, and the lunch entrée I ordered was more than disappointing along with the ridiculous small two bite side salad with little to no salad dressing as if it was being rationed. I ordered the Crawfish Cajun Pasta...maybe living on the coast for 10 years and all, I may have been spoiled by really tasty Crawfish Cajun Pasta, I dunno. The crawfish tasted old and maybe even reheated or microwaved, and the pasta was in a dish of watered down what I'm assuming was supposed to be a sauce. It had flavor, but it wasn't a sauce that stuck to the pasta with the dried out crawfish tails. The best part was the bread which was amazing along withe the sweet iced tea, but couldn't get a refill until the end of the meal. So unfortunately, a BIG Thumbs down, and I probably won't be back; I had such high hopes.

Do yourself a favor and try this place! All round excellent dining experience!

So friendly! You can go to Madison if you like, but you will not find better food or customer service. They are always spot on front or back of house. I saw three guys today, rushing to beat the 2 pm lunch deadline by by two minutes. The staff was very accommodating they were excited.

Our family had an amazing exquisite and delightful experience. My family visited El Salva’s in occasion of celebration of my fathers birthday! This family owned business exceeded all positive expectations. The service, food and atmosphere was a delight. I was super excited to see my father smile in awe of the experience we all felt here.Try it! You’ll love it! We highly recommend El Salva’s Grille!

Delicious Spanish/Greek dishes! The portions were generous too. The staff were so friendly and quickly responded to our latecomers by moving tables and taking orders multiple times. The parking lot was completely full on a Tuesday night, and I can see why. I'll definitely be back.
