Arby's - Fogelsville

If you're looking for a decent meal on a budget, I recommend trying the roast beef!

This was likely the worst Arby's meal I've had in a long time. On our way home from a weekend getaway, we decided to stop here for an early lunch. Unfortunately, the curly fries were lukewarm, and the roast beef was served in shreds rather than nice slices. A few days earlier, we had a great meal at a different Arby's just 15 minutes away, so I was disappointed that this location didn't meet the brand's standards. Service was for dine-in.

Excellent customer service! I took a bite of the Greek Gyro meat I ordered, and it was extremely salty—so much so that I couldn't continue eating it. I spoke to Anthony, the person who handed me my order, and he offered to replace it with beef. Instead, I chose the Fish Strips, and he kindly made me a fresh batch. He explained that they don’t add salt to the gyro meat, so the saltiness must have come from the supplier. Please, Arby's, consider addressing the saltiness of the gyro meat!

These guys deserves a break. Anthony is the best team leader. My wife ordered Gyro beef which was too salty. Anthony took the high road and offered to replaced with fish sticks. Fish sticks were made of real fish and savory. Kudos to the team.. Well done guys. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Staff was rushing to close early and having personal conversations about personal injuries on the job. The chicken sandwich was extremely hot and the fries were cold.
