It includes Dominican salami, fried cheese, fried pork, and fried chicken, along with some fried plantains. Priced at $12.99, it offers good value for what you get. The plantains were particularly impressive—better than those I’ve had at other Caribbean restaurants over the years. Although the flavors here aren’t as bold as you'd find in Tex-Mex or even local Mexican cuisine, it’s definitely worth a few visits. One downside I did encounter was the lack of sweet tea (I'm finally in the South!). Their drink options were limited to orange and lime juices, along with a few other sodas, which was a bit disappointing.
We ordered churrasco, chicken breast, and fried beef, and everything was fantastic! My kids enjoyed the gravestones. We also got a lemonade, which my husband really loved. The service was quick, the prices were reasonable, and the food was delicious!
The food is delicious and truly authentic. You can really taste the culture in the dishes, and the ambiance reflects it as well. It was a bit on the pricey side, to be honest, but the flavors are worth it. I’ll definitely be back!
Love this place!! The food is excellent, the owners are friendly, and location is cozy. I had the mangú with carne fritas and it was perfect. Also recommend the fresh lime juice!
Great food! Fairly priced and delicious! I will be eating here again!
