Sweet little downtown diner. Plenty of parking in the rear, so don’t pass it up on Highway 59. Warm inviting. I enjoyed coffee w/honey, grits an everything bagel with cream cheese. Give it a try!

Great selection of frappe’s, love the new vibe, haven’t been here since they opened and I plan on coming back, my wife is excited to play pinball once we finish our drinks!! Love this cool place, Foley is lucky to have them here!!

I had an incredible experience at southern shores. Being able to eat my food and play games but yet get a coffee to continue was perfect! Seriously couldn’t have asked for better food drinks and service in foleyDefinitely recommend 10/10! Asked the owner the inspiration on the menu and fun to find out it’s everything the owner has made herself!

Most of the food was standard issue but I had the Daily Special a Monte Cristo. It was awesome. The sandwich was topped with powdered sugar and jam on the side. My wife was disgusted with me which made the plate even better.

This is my first visit to this business. My good friend and I wanted breakfast after Mass Sunday. We decided to try a new place, and we did!We were surprised at how large this place is for seating customers. There are about 3 levels of stuff going on . A large game room with pool tables and some pinball machine, plus electric games.We entered thru the back door because parking is limited on the street.Our thoughts were pancakes for my friend, and 2 scrambled with biscuit and gravey. We did not know there was a buffet also serving the same items.After viewing the menu, we chose the buffet because for 10 bucks, ea and only 1 pass through allowed we got more food than needed.The waitress was kind, respectful, and on her A game. Service was promptly handled, with explanations, about the food. Food was done, with plenty of options, and breakfast dessert available. Food was tasteful, not over or under cooked. It was a very good meal, and good prices.The restaurant is located right on Hwy 59, just before, or just after the walk over bridge. If you haven't been there, please try it out, I think you will enjoy the establishment.Just remember, parking is limited on Hwy 59, however there is parking off the alley in the rear of the building.Jim
