The girl on the drive thru was extremely rude and told us that we couldn’t do separate orders in a rudely manner but we had done them before at that same restaurant….she had very big eyelashes that were fake as well as platinum and pink hair. Terrible experience would not recommend.

This place has the worst customer service ?. If i could give them 0 starts, i would. Plus, i already called corporate on this location because they have the worst managers and window service!! Even when i ordered from Grub Hub, i asked for sauce, and they dont. I called and asked why the lady says well there free anyways, and since i ordered from a 3rd party, they are not going to put ANY SAUCE in my bag she wanted me to drive up there!! Unbelievable, manager who told me with an attitude that i needed to move forward because i was checking my food .. and guess what he started to roll his eyes and shake his no from left to right. He gave out small portions after I paid $1.40 twice for extra steak EVERY SINGLE TIME!! It's disgusting when I have to call back, and they say that they don't take orders like that over the phone if there is a mistake that they don't ever make mistakes which is a lie, because they have some one not give me back my credit card, I want to give them a benefit of a doubt and give them a chance but no I would RATHER DRIVE to the other location and I hope corporate or the higher people see this because all of the people they hire are young kids just messing up and then the managers gets mad because there employees are making mistakes!! They need to hire better people and do background checks because one older white lady, who was a manager, was cussing at someone else at the window, and that negative came to me when I drove up to the window!! I don't play with people like that!! TACO BELL DO BETTER!!
Had food messed up days before n after talking with a what I thought manager was told to bring receipt in n they would fix it. Did that, went in after snowstorm to b told have to wait til friday(this was Wednesday) to call General manager. Talked with him finally n at 4-5pm on Friday I got most of the order. Had to buy 1 meal even tho it was also messed up! Bad experience!!!!
