Service was horrible and we were the only ones in there. We thought we were going to ZeroZero and got there and it had changed names 2 weeks prior. Waiter had to be reminded about things we asked for that he wrote down. Received the pizzas before the salad and had to ask if our pasta was coming out after finishing the pizza. He forgot. At least the pizza was ok. We are from out of state and we expected a better experience because it was expensive for the experience we had. It was disappointing. We will not be returning.
I'll give it 4 stars because I really value everything about a restaurant not only the food. The service was amazing. The manager or the owner was very attentive and they were great. The food on the other side was just plain. Nothing to die for. We ordered the amatrcciana pasta and the seafood one. Also the fried calamari and some stuffed balls.
We made a reservation for ZeroZero but when we arrived at the restaurant and scanned the QR code, we were taken to a menu for a restaurant named Sha. Confused, we thought we had ended up at the wrong restaurant. The waitress then told us that had changed the restaurant two days ago. When we asked her about the menu, she said stick with the Italian dishes, they were popular and leftover from the old restaurant.Things started to go downhill very quickly from there. The drinks were ok but the poor singular waitress (who was super nice! was making them all by herself and serving them to us one by one. It took us over 15 minutes for our whole party to get our drinks. We ordered the pizza as an appetizer and that was about the only bright spot in this whole dinner. The Greek salad was also ok. Those are the only items that would even make me consider giving this place more than a star, but even that wasn 't enough to save the dinner. For dinner, our party ordered the cacio e pepe, pasta amatriciana, and chicken karrage. The pasta was clearly boxed pasta, which would be fine, if it was cooked even remotely correctly. They took Al Dente to a whole new meeting as many of the pieces of pasta were barely cooked and clumped together. The cacio e pepe was worse than Kraft Mac and cheese and the amatriciana was so bland that even salt and pepper couldn 't help it. The chicken karrage was described as a Japanese Bento Box style chicken but was 6 sad chicken nuggets on a plate with no sauce. Oh, and it took about 45 minutes to get our entrees.Overall, this is the worst restaurant experience I can ever remember having. Was extremely disappointed as ZeroZero had great reviews, and I feel like our dining party was duped into making a reservation at a terrible restaurant under the guise of another. ZeroZero should be taken off of Open Table ASAP!!!! Our waitress was nice but it couldn 't make up for the absolute terrible food. Either way Don 't go here!!!
This is an outstanding, authentic Italian restaurant. We found it by luck one night in which we were desperately looking for authentic Italian food, a few weeks after returning from traveling in Italy. We were very impressed with the quality of the food. It’s difficult to find places to match it. We have tried the Cacio e Pepe and Amatriciana pasta dishes as well as a few of the appetizers and one of their pizzas. It took us right back to the streets of Rome. The staff is amazing— super friendly and kind. I hope this place is a success and sticks around for a long time.
Just found this spot randomly. Lunch was excellent. Amazing pizza, best Greek salad I’ve ever had. Great vibes, decor and service. Our whole party had the same comments about their meals. Highly recommend!
