Annie's Indian Kitchen - Forest

I LOVE Indian food, especially ones that don’t break my wallet. I loved their supplement for naan (I can’t remember what it’s called), and their fried onions and raita were DELICIOUS. However, I was really disappointed with the butter chicken. It unfortunately tastes like tomato soup with a touch of spice…and I’m actually wondering if they use tomato soup to make it. I wouldn’t recommend ordering it but I would give their other entrees a try!

Whoa!!! I was shocked and amazed by the quality of the food and the taste! This is my first time trying Indian cuisine in this town because I haven't had much success with trying without asking for recommendations. My nail lady Jenn recommended this place and I trust her recommendations. Lol. So I walked and both the owner I'm assuming and the other lady in the kitchen said hello.I mentioned this was my first time here and they asked immediately what type of heat I liked and had me taste the sauce. He recommended a platter and I'm glad he did. I loved everything I tried. I had Chicken 65, Amma’s chicken curry, and chicken biriyani. With the platter was the indian bread, Gulab Jamun, and indian yogurt. I haven't tried the last two items yet.But the building was clean and inviting. The food was rich, packed with flavor and just the right heat for me. I can't wait to take my family so they can enjoy the food!

I can’t recommend highly enough for anyone catering a party! Just celebrated my wife’s 50th birthday with a lot of folks coming in from out of town. Met with Dr. Prince at the restaurant to talk through options and menu. Ultimately, I put everything in his hands based on my wife’s tastes and preferences. I couldn’t be happier with the results! The variety and quality of the dishes was amazing and everything was absolutely delicious. It was an absolute feast and our guests loved it.

Annie’s Indian Kitchen was simply amazing. The butter chicken was the best we have ever had. Dosa’s were delicious and the coconut chutney brought the heat. Prince and Annie were gracious and wonderful hosts. Can’t wait until our next visit. Highly encourage reservations.

While the menu isn't huge, the things they make are delicious! I will definitely be back.
