Domino's Pizza - Forest

I just received my order, and I was truly impressed! Everything was extremely fresh and hot. Thank you!

Each time I've ordered from here, my food has always arrived hot and delicious. Additionally, the delivery person has consistently been friendly.

After reading the reviews, it seems that no one is satisfied with this Domino's location. I received the wrong order, and the manager was unhelpful and rude, refusing to rectify the mistake. As it was during my lunch break and I didn't have time to order anything else, I had to settle for the wrong food. To make matters worse, the manager wouldn't even share her name. I love Domino's, but unfortunately, I will not be returning to this specific branch again.

I was locked out if my app to get a free pizza. They young lady behind the counter pulled up my information in the system, and was able to get my free pizza and even brought it out to the car. It was delicious too. Definitely will be going back.

The pros: consistently fast and always within the timeframe they provide when you order and they offer delivery the latest in forest and have fixed mess ups in 99% of cases painlessly and when made correctly, their pizzas are delicious. The cons: I orderfrom them weekly sometimes a few times a week (mainly out of convenience and lack of other options) so some of these havehappened more than once but not enough to say consistent but annoying and noteworthy nonetheless. they?ve overcooked it, notenough toppings when ?normal? preference selected, delivery charge went up again (not including tip) and is getting ridiculous,they close the lobby doors 2 hrs before closing business so you?re forced to do delivery which costs an extra $10-ish oncedeliv. Charge, tip and tax is added which I think is BS; If the only option they are offering is delivery, I don?t agree thatcustomers should pay the delivery charge. they should eat that since that?s their choice to lock their doors 2 hours early.
