Marco's Pizza - Forest

The pizza was very underdone. I got the white pizza. It was soggy in the box even though we ate it within ten minutes of it being picked up. The onions were still raw, the bacon was not fully cooked and tasted like ham and not bacon. I added jalapeños and they weren’t even warm let alone cooked. We also got the pepperoni Melt and added mushrooms and the mushrooms had not been cooked and were not even warm. My husband picked up the pizza and said the service was subpar, with no interaction from the staff.

I ordered for delivery that I placed on their website. Nora dropped my order off and then I received a call from her phone number to tell me to never order from Marcos Pizza ever again . So therefore, I won 't. And you know what? I called the store and got a refund. I guess they just don 't want my business.

This is my new favorite pizza place! Nora was so nice and helpful. My daughter was in a mood and Nora had her smiling and put her in better spirits as soon as we walked up to the counter, which made our dining experience so much more enjoyable. Anyone who has kids knows how toddlers can be. Our pizza was made fast and the quality was amazing! Thank for so much from a mommy who gets anxious eating in public.

I order frequently from Marco's and normally everything is on point. Tonight I placed an order at 5:45. It gave me an estimated delivery of 37 minutes. I am now an hour and 15 minutes into my wait. I called the store to check on the status of my order and get told it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. When I questioned this, I got told that 2 other people ordered the same time as me so the delivery person is out on 3 separate deliveries and then a quick bye-bye. The phone call was the reason for my review. The employee did not offer an apology or try to make things better. I will go pick up my own food next time to save time and $10. Some training in customer service would go a long way to keep your customers satisfied. My order was delivered at 7:02.

We have only been to this restaurant twice but both times were great! Highly recommend!!
