Mallards Forest Lake

Today, June 26, 2022, my family and I visited this restaurant for the first time to celebrate my birthday, and I have to say that everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The service was also impressive and very prompt. Our server, Erik, was outstanding—definitely the best server we've ever had at a restaurant. We can't wait to come back every day!

We are big fans of dining out, so we decided to sample some of their most popular dishes: the Blackened Fish Tacos, Barramundi Rodrigo, and Surf Turf. The portion of steak in the Surf Turf is small, but it’s still quite satisfying. Our wonderful server, Sara, was incredibly helpful as we navigated the menu and learned about the specials. (Mallards, these ladies deserve a raise!) If you visit this restaurant, it’s definitely worth it. It’s located near the lake, making it a great spot for some fun afterwards. I hope you enjoy the seafood experience as much as my husband and I did!

Thank you for making our date night special! I successfully surprised my wife with a kid-free evening, and we returned to Mallards. We absolutely love the food here, and the service is consistently excellent—always friendly and attentive, just like our first visit. Our meals arrived hot and were fantastic. The Jambalaya was delicious, as were the Lettuce Wraps. We'll definitely be back soon! Thanks again!

We reserved the back room for a wedding tasting dinner. The food was fantastic, service was beyond expectations. The manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. Everything went perfectly and they are a first price restaurant. Thank you for making our experience fantastic.

The Nashville hot chicken was juicy and tender, but not exactly spicy. I guess it had spice, but it was a polite spice, not bold at all. The fries were good! My wife ordered a salad but didn't care for it the spinach was drowning in a pool of dressing.
