The food has really gone downhill lately. I would say the worst French onion soup I've ever had. Burger was edible but barely.

I was never so disappointed! We went for the all you can eat crab legs. First I want to say the food was good. However the service was absolutely horrible. We were there at 6 PM placed our order right away. Waited for over 45 minutes for anything to get served. Salads and soup finally to get served. Of course my salad was lacking no croutons but the other salad had them. Then shortly after the salads came the food or I should say lack of food. 2 of our party got their first round of all you can eat, however I sat and waited and waited for mine. The server kept promising its coming its coming. Then I get served a refill plate very few crab legs on the plate no potato no butter NOTHING! Kept asking the server for the rest of my meal and I ended up waiting another 15 minutes for the rest of my food! Which we finally got after a hour or so after being seated. Then we requested another round of crab legs and over and over again our server kept promising it coming its coming. Now mind you this is after other servers were serving plate after plate of crab legs to other tables. We had another table next to us that experienced the same service they even offered us their 2nd round plates as they knew we were waiting longer than them! After a half hour passed we got the 2nd round! This service was absolutely awful! If we ever go back again to their new location I will refuse to be served by that server!! Over and over she lied to us and we weren't the only ones. At least the food manager understood and reduced our bill! If you are going to serve all you can eat crab legs you had better get your servers prepared and make sure your patrons are getting what you promise! We surely didnt!!

Had the AYCE crab legs. They were delicious!!! Also, the service was great! Will be back.
