Time Out - Forney

My new favorite spot when I'm in town for work! The food is surprisingly good for this kind of restaurant, though it is a bit on the pricey side. Overall, it's a fantastic place. Megan provided excellent service and made me feel like part of the family.

This is a smoking bar! It’s one of the best bars I've ever visited! They offer pool tables, darts, arcade games, a jukebox, and trivia nights. The drink prices are reasonable, the bartender was exceptional, and the food was fantastic. I tried the southwest egg rolls, corn fritters, and Texas toothpicks. If I had to point out one drawback, it would be that the Texas toothpicks lacked spice. However, they reminded me of a blooming onion, so I can’t really complain. Just a heads up, though: this is a smoking bar. If you’re not a fan of smoke, I recommend avoiding it. But for those who don’t mind it or are smokers, I highly suggest giving this place a try!

Very clean, while it has been overfilled, the tables are well spaced, so it is easy to get around and keep distance. All employees wore masks and our bartender was super attentive. My husband comes with his friend every week and now I know why!!!

Lived in Forney for years and decided to try this place. I'm glad I did this because it was all great. Came on Tuesday, they had Trivia on and a large group of people playing on golf machines. Everyone was friendly and I never felt like a stranger! All about good atmosphere and Megan was great and ran the entire bar like a professional. Come on!

The restaurant wasn't too busy, considering it was a Monday, but the food was delicious and arrived quickly! The bartender was really nice, sweet, and attentive. I give it four stars because the bathroom had a really unpleasant odor.
