Pizza Hut - Fort Bliss

Literally took 30 minutes to order via the phone. the pizza hat is directly above the road from where I work and whenever I order that the call is outsourced so that they have no idea where I speak on basic. then the shippers blow my phone off and try to find out where I am, although I am over the road. when this comes, it is either cold or completely wrong order or missing items. this location needs a certain management change.

The pizza came half boiled with little to no sauce.

The restaurant consistently has my food prepared and ready within 15 minutes, and if the restaurant is not too busy, they are happy to bring the food to my table.

I placed an order at this restaurant tonight and specified that I wanted it well done when ordering online. When I arrived to pick up my order, the male worker with blonde hair loudly and obnoxiously exclaimed, "Well done? Okay, I'll burn it buddy" for all his coworkers and nearby customers to hear, including myself. I was so put off by this unprofessional behavior that I decided not to pay for my service.

One pizza was burnt the other pizza was okay and the cheesy bread didn't look like it was cheese but it was dried up. Still ate because my kids still wanted it.
