Burger King - Fort Bragg

I commanded ours. as always. they put the children of chickens, and also chickens-fed they are worth 10 dollars. no one can ever answer the phone. they always say they will contain it in the next order, or we can get it. the lunch break is over. then they show up and they leave extra food. the best place to eat.

Bad place. Terrible customer services and cold food.

Best customer service I have received in a long time! Her name is Rose McCoy! Burger King has to raise it. She knows how to keep us happy!

Service is extremely slow here. Waited in the drive through for 20+ minutes. Not impressed whatsoever

Ordered food going through the drive thru and was told to move foward to get order from the back door as I understood they were backed up. But after waiting and seeing that the line was getting back up because my order wasn't given to me yet, I moved right around to the parking lot side to eleviate the traffic coming through. So I had to call them 5 times just to get some on the phone and tell the issue of what was going on. They simply forgot my order and forgot about me or they gave my order to someone else. But in the end I was able to talk to and get my order and they gave me my refund for waiting 15 mins plus after all this happened. Just know you might want to try at a better time to come thru, as I thought it was a good time to come thru since it was well after lunch time (2:10 pm), now leaving at 2:30 pm to get back to work.
