Tim Hortons - Fort Erie

This Tim Hortons is well-maintained and inviting, with polite staff and prompt service. It is similar to other Tim Hortons locations; once you've been to one, you've been to them all.

We did not dine at the restaurant due to the long wait in line.

The service at this restaurant is extremely lacking. There is no regard for the customers whatsoever.

Canadians always rave about TH's but I'm not sure why. The coffee was okay but not special. No gluten free options. Most tables were dirty, floors were dirty, there were many flies and wasps inside the store. Bathroom sink clogged with standing water. I would not recommend or return however the service was excellent.Dietary restrictions: No gluten free options

Always a great place to grab coffee. My only complaint is there is always multiple people working drive-thru and I am often left waiting to be noticed at the counter to be served.
