Hardee's - Fort Mill

Absolutely awful. I would give it a 1-star rating. The burger I ordered was cold—not just room temperature, but as if it had been taken straight out of the refrigerator!

Terrible service, no ketchup and no honey on the table. The chicken strips were overcooked.

I drove 30 minutes to visit this restaurant and arrived at 8 PM. I waited a long time in the drive-thru for someone to assist me, but no one responded. When I finally got to the window, I saw two employees inside. One of them, who had red hair, pretended not to hear or see me sitting there, even when I honked my horn and shouted to find out if they were open. I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this place.

They were unable to complete my order by a device malfunction, but they were very friendly, I let myself know and offered me another option. Great service!

(1/9/2021) I would give no stars if I could. I ordered the Beyond Meat Thick Burger, and was given a Beef Thick Burger. I asked for extra ketchup packets at the window and was given a bag full of ketchup packets. ?
