Moe's Southwest Grill - Fort Mill

The service was awful, and the food lacked flavor and freshness. The rice was dry, and the chips were incredibly stale. I wouldn't recommend this Moe's to anyone. Food rating: 1/5.

I usually love Moe's, but this location was incredibly disappointing. The service was neglectful and disrespectful. I had to argue to get some queso on my bowl, and when I asked for extra meat, they refused, yet still charged me for it. Management was present but showed no concern for how the staff was handling things right in front of her. The portion sizes were smaller than what I've experienced at other Moe's locations, and the food even had a chemical taste. This place really tarnishes Moe's reputation; I recommend trying a different location instead. I've never had such a bad experience anywhere else.

I always have a difficult experience with the staff here. They don’t start preparing pickup orders until you arrive, even if it's at or after the scheduled pickup time. On top of that, they forgot some items from my order and explained it by saying that those items were on the back of the receipt. Additionally, they never seem to have a manager on duty, or at least that's what they claim. To make matters worse, the person making my food had to ask a fellow employee for their phone just to look up how to prepare it. This location shouldn't be open if they refuse to have a manager on staff and adequately train their employees.

The food that I ordered was the chicken stack, and it was amazing. The service was good, and they actually had a good conversation with me while I waited on my food to finish cooking. Highly recommend.Food: 5/5
