Wendy's - Fort Mill

This is usually a great place. Sometimes you get a mix up, but always very friendly night staff and will fix all the problems you have with your order.

Love the 4 for 4 option! You also have great chili and salads.

Earlier tonight I came thru the ride thru to get some food, the black on the window was very rude, tone was very respectful, I ask for a sprite and he gave us Sierra ****, which tasted like salt water, I also asked for barbecue sauce and some extra sauce and I just got two honey mustard and I don't even like honey mustard all. He rushed us out of the car thru just didn't come up with everything we asked. I came here with the time, but he must either be disciplined or fired because his customer service is top-tier terrible.

Couldn't hear order taker. Just mumbled along. When we paid he did not say a word to us. No hello, no goodbye, no total, nothing. Took card and handed it back. Fries were cold. This location is horrible.

So they made me wait a little longer than expected for 2 Strawberry Summer salads and a Spicy chicken sandwich. The sandwich was great, BUT THEY BURNED THE EFFING BACON FOR BOTH SALADS! I'm upset because I didn't notice it until I got home which isn't close!
