I ordered a single sandwich in person and it took 20 minutes tops to give to me. Not to make, but 20 minutes to hand it to me. They made it, put it in the bag and put it on the counter in the kitchen and waited 20 minutes to give it to me. First time customer. Went in and I was the only customer. Several people walked past me getting donuts out of the cabinet. Never acknowledged I was waiting. Shoos there for two minutes and it was like I didn’t exist. Turned around and left. Will never go back which is a shame since I just moved in across the street from the store. Service: 1
