Wendy's - Fort Myers

Not bad at all considering this Wendy's is located at a truck stop just off I-75.. No wait in drive thru and still offering $4,$5 and $6.00 Biggie bags...Order was efficiently made too and Young lady at window was very polite and even made sure I didn't need anything else before leaving!Very Clean appearance too.... huge parking lot with plenty of moving room.Parking: Huge parking lot with full drive around... easy in easy out access.... convenient to stop here

My absolute favorite thing here is the chicken sandwich with the pretzel bun, pub beer cheese, bacon, Munster n fried onions. Unfortunately they forgot pretzel bun which is very important ? the regular bun was soggy n gross. But they usually never mess up, so I'll be back.Food: 1/5

I have gone to this wendys multiple times and the male manager has claimed the drive through is closed due to many orders up front. Today 6-24-23 10:30 am I walked inside and the place was completely empty. I asked the lazy manager why he lied and was told if I don't like it go somewhere else. This guy needs to be fired. This has happened with the same employee at least 5 times.

This restaurant is consistently chaotic and has frequent issues, with machines often out of order. The night shift staff are unwilling to make frostys, causing frustration. Despite the ongoing problems, we continue to stop here regularly because it is the closest option. Food quality is rated 2 out of 5.

You would think for a place that takes their sweet time on making a burger they would actually make it rightFood: 2/5
