The girl told me I had to wait for her to remake my sandwich because there were several other orders before me. I would think that good customer support my order would be top priority. In the middle of her writing my order down she takes a call and spends time explaining to them a problem instead of putting them on the stop to write the order down. I understand that it wasn't their fault that someone erroneously picked up my order, but they also showed no good customer service. The young girl tells me they had complaints all night. I wonder why.
4 words: Turkey-Bacon-Ranch-sub These guys need to return to offer a variety of hot sauces. It was a large part of the main atmosphere when you came to Firehouse and didn't bring it back after Covid just seems cheap at this point. The door handles were a greater danger to health than the hot sauces. Come on. Back to the way. #LOVEFIREHOUSE
We came to dinner here. Food was good and service was reasonable time wise as it was dead at noon. We took our food to the battlefield park and made it a picnic dinner.

My experience with this location was always great. Incoming and outgoing are both perfect customer service.
