Steak was under cooked. They took it back and then it came back burnt.
Service was amazing and Food was great. We ate at lunch when the doors opened. We will be back.
I made a $70 curb side pick up order online and paid a 12% tip. The link to pick up didn't work so we spent over 10 minutes trying to call to tell them we were there. The number is on the sign to call when you get there. I'm convinced the phone was off the hook because I then continued to call to complain about the food and not getting everything I paid for, still busy. It's been 3 hours since we got there and that phone is still busy. What's the sense of having curb side pick up if you can't call and have to go inside to get your food anyway?We ordered 3 desserts with ice cream it was placed on top of the bag and was still Completely melted. I ordered the shrimp alfredo. I ordered and paid for a separate alfredo sauce in case it was dry. It was dry and they didn't put the extra in there. The breadstick was hard and greasy and smelled like it had been left in a fryer to long.Ordered a half slab of ribs and ordered and paid for an extra sauce. Did not get that either. All the food was room temperature, cold, except the ice cream.
I took my granddaughter and great granddaughter out for lunch. Wonderful staff, friendly, courteous and helpful. Food was delicious! I was so busy (great granddaughter is only 1) I totally forgot to take pictures. I'll go back anytime.
