Royal Waffle King - Fort Payne

Great service, amazing waffles! Clean tables and restrooms. Would definitely eat there again.

Food had doubled in price since last time I had been there and wasn't as good. Not the best of service .

Can’t tell you what the food was like bc they were closed 3:30pm when we walked over from the marathon gas station where we parked our truck for the day. Didn’t want to give a negative review bc the food might be great. Also with everything going on in our country today maybe they can’t afford to keep it opened when business is slow. I wish them well. But we should for sure be made aware that they may not be opened during normal business hours and they did not announce they were closed online where we could be aware. Call firstUpdate: ate breakfast here the next morning…the Belgian waffle with strawberries and crepe was amazing! The double order of “all the way” hash browns was perfectly browned and crispy with all the wonderful flavors. There was a very minuscule amount of ham and salt but the salt was fixable. Probably better to have less salt than to much anyway. This is the first time in a long time that we finished the whole breakfast. Kudos to Waffle King. Our first time here

First time at a waffle king. Food was ok but the staff were very friendly and took good care of us.

We ordered to go. Though the staff was nice. The pancakes were burned, eggs swimming in butter stake had no flavor! Waste of hard earned money. We threw it ALL away! Shame on the cook with the grumpy disposition. He needs to take pride in what he does. I would never want to put that kind of food out in representation of my talent.
