Really enjoyed our visit yesterday. Everything was fresh and well seasoned. Before you go to fast food consider Sumo. Much healthier and tastier food for about the same price.
We had to wait for our food a really long time. It tasted good but for the price I would have been happier at the buffet
Try the Roll Tide plate. Comes with chicken, steak, and shrimp. Amazing!!!
**The Good, The Bad, The Ugly (in reverse order)** **The Ugly:** The parking lot was nearly empty, with only three cars full of people who seemed to be loitering. The lot itself was in need of sweeping and repainting. As I approached the building, I could only see the side and back, which featured a weathered brick wall that could benefit from a colorful mural. Additionally, the doors on this side of the building were locked, requiring me to walk around to the front to gain entrance. (3 stars out of 5) **The Bad:** Upon entering, I found the minimalistic decor rather unimpressive. Just to the left of the counter was a flat-top grill, and the counter itself was covered with a messy mix of sauces, oils, and a stray slice of carrot from previous orders. Unfortunately, this mess extended to the floor, making my shoes stick as I walked. The floor was dirty enough to leave footprints clearly visible, especially leading to the restroom area, which was draped with a cloth. Having that cloth brush against me after it had been in contact with numerous other customers was unappealing, so I can’t comment on the cleanliness of the restrooms. I looked for a health score but couldn’t find one. After ordering the teriyaki chicken and a beverage to-go, I observed the employee preparing my order. He scraped the stray carrot off the counter with a spatula, discarded it, and continued to use the same spatula along with another one to give the grill a quick scrape. He proceeded to throw the ingredients onto the hot grill using those same two spatulas. (1 star out of 5) **The Good:** When I returned home, I added the soy sauce and two small containers of yum-yum sauce from my fridge and took a taste. It was fantastic! For the first time ever, I didn't even need the soy sauce. The flavor from the grill and their homemade sauce made the dinner incredibly delicious. (5 stars out of 5)
