Pizza Hut - Fort Saskatchewan

Went with the Canadian and the Supreme Lovers with stuffed crust. Had a great meal - super fresh and tasty. Always look forward to this pizza !!

No service at all. Can't call store, put on hold then hung up on?. Lots of other options in town. Over a hour to deliver cold pizza delivery guy didn't say anything. Never to return here.

When ever I go there on a Wednesday their deal I'd a pizza and wing deal. My favorite wings from there are either mild or butter chicken and my favorite pizza is the supreme. Superb food!!!

I received raw, uncooked food from this restaurant. After contacting their customer service line, I was told to return the food to the Fort Saskatchewan location for a refund. However, upon doing so, I was informed that refunds were not available. After filing complaints with the head office and the Better Business Bureau, I finally received a refund almost a week later. The staff I spoke to on the phone were rude, with one even saying, "I don't mean to sound defensive but our staff are trained..." It is evident that their training is lacking, as my food was not properly cooked. Their lack of customer service and loyalty is disappointing, as they should have immediately issued a refund instead of arguing with me. I strongly advise against dining at this restaurant, as my experience with their raw food was very negative.

Food was typical of Pizza Hut, wouldn't go wrong as it is pretty standard. Other than manager, everyone doesn't seem to do much of a job. Too bad.
