Mcdonald's - Fort Smith

Every time we ordered food, it was fresh. There were two occasions when our orders were a bit mixed up, but overall, everything was good. Our drinks were also enjoyable. We only used the drive-thru. The staff were generally friendly, except for one instance.

After a drive back from Fort Smith, we were feeling quite hungry. We pulled into the drive-thru, where there were 15 cars ahead of us. Surprisingly, our wait wasn't long at all. The service was very efficient, and to my delight, everything was fresh and our order was correct. I was very impressed; other McDonald's locations could definitely learn a thing or two from this one!

The server was attentive and quick. Everything I ordered was cooked perfectly. I had a caramel ice cream and a triple stack McMuffin, both of which were excellent. The drive-thru wasn’t very busy, with just a few cars ahead of and behind me. Overall, I spent less than 8 minutes there and was in and out quickly. I’ll definitely return to this place. Thank you!

A very nice and comfortable mcdonald is to stop for a quick bite. Currently they are rebuilt so sitting place is limited, but all in all a very nice experience highly recommended.

If you need a quick break and to get a snack, breakfast, lunch, or dinner your destination point is a safe bet at this particular McDonald's! Superb service team and staff members whether you are stopping by the restaurant or getting what you need in the gas station area!
