Right after we were seated, we were served tap water, and at that time Fort Wayne was dealing with water quality issues that made it taste like it came straight from the river. In my opinion, every restaurant should be equipped with a water filter to avoid situations like this. I ordered the salmon, which I really enjoyed; however, I wasn't a fan of the accompanying vegetables. The salmon itself was excellent. You definitely shouldn't miss the cherry Coke made with Grenadine—it's fantastic! The absence of filtered water is the only reason I'm giving this restaurant 3 stars instead of 4. No restaurant should serve unfiltered water. Since water is my main beverage, I was quite disappointed about that.

It was a bit expensive for my taste, but the ribeye was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had.

Very unique atmosphere with top quality food. Service was also 2nd to none. I will definitely be coming back to the copper spoon for more ribeye steak and veggies. LOVE love this place. First, Lauren as you walk in couldn’t be more of a delight. She is incredible and can make anything you want/need happen (who cares about customer service anymore, right??
