I am giving the service a due to we had to change tables. Due to our first server did not show up to our table for over 15 minutes. Our first server was a tall gentleman with dread, and the second serve was a nice young man who was very respectful. This is the second time he served us and remembered who we were. The first server we had should take a lesson from this young man. Maybe his tips would be better if he did better service. Keep your expectations low. EDIT: Your extremely long URL (which cannot be copied and pasted) is worthless. I took the time to type it in, and it takes me to a company wide (not specific to a store) very generic feedback form that wants specific details about me, I cannot submit the form without giving you my email address. How is this helpful to addressing issues at this location? Seriously, please answer this question in your response. This restaurant is a dumpserfire. I was eating solo. Your food was horrible, either under cooked or over cooked. The server was less helpful than a drive-thru clerk. My order came out wrong, she wasn 't around. I had to ask my neighboring table for salt and pepper after waiting several minutes, hoping the server would check on me. I also had to flag someone down for my silverware. When she did arrive and ask how things were, I told her what went wrong, she looked confused and said she put my order in correctly and walked away. I asked 3 times for a check over 10 minutes and watched her walk past my table several times with food. I finally had to stand up and flag down someone counting customers in the restaurant for my check. He just told me to ask my server, which I tried to explain I had several times. By standing at the kitchen entrance, I was able to finally get my check. Waiting in a line in the store was no better. It 's just chaos out there, trying to figure out who is in line for the restaurant, who is in line to pay and who is just walking around shopping. Customer paying ahead of me wanted to still shop/add items to buy as she was checking out. Only 1 clerk taking payment, I could not get out of your restaurant fast enough. The petting zoo I took my kids to the following day was far less chaotic and blissful compared to this disaster. This is the most disappointing Cracker Barrel I’ve ever been to. First of all People in this area are just savages and rude AF They walk through you and don’t even say, “excuse me” We go to get seated and the individual who sat us didn’t check to see if the tables were cleaned So we stood there while they cleaned the table and swept the floor. It looked like barbarians actually sat at the table before us. I kid you not, we ordered breakfast at 1:45 pm and two tables that were seated AFTER us got their food and were eating before our food even came. It’s now 2:35 pm and our food still isn’t here. Ok so the food shows up at 2:37 pm. Presentation is mediocre at best I start to eat my potatoes and there is an apple in the middle of the two ordered of potatoes I ordered. I’m SUPER pissed –Wish there were other options for Cracker Barrel in other areas besides Linthicum
My meal consisted of two breakfast biscuits and bacon. The biscuits were great but the pretend thick bacon was anything but thick. It was thin and very crispy. The waitress Rhonda was very pleasant and polite. I was however insulted by the cashier Lyn who questioned me about what I had and my bill. Insulting for no reason. Shame on you Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Hashbrown Casserole, Biscuits and Cornbread
