I stopped eating here when I work in the valley and have to say they make a great chicken pee. better still, they do mini-pies so they can get a few aromes. the cheese and spinach rolls are good and the sandwiches are also good for the price.
I was recommended by the owner of urban lung to visit this lively bakery. when I approached the counter, the sweet tasty and bakery items gave me an surprise. the most attractive product for me was not the railway mi in the cabinet, it was the grilled salat that stimulated my attention. It was certainly the first time I found a bakery selling so nice wrapped take-away salad, so there was a walk to lunch. when I unpacked the container at midday, the content was spectacular. the grilled chicken, salad and homemade dressing all well balanced together. wow!
I was surprised to find a great selection of sweet tasty. actually often passed by this place, this is the first time that I managed to stop for a look. the macrons are quite big for the tiny price looked beautiful, but I always go for round balls as they are pretty hard to find these days. these are pretty good damp with a good rum aroma.
Looking for a cheap and cheerful lunch in the Valley that won’t break the bank? Apart from the standard bakery fare, Central Brunswick Bakery also offers a wide variety of Banh Mi for $5.90 and vermicelli noodle salads for $7.90. Central Brunswick Bakery is perfect for when you have forgotten your work lunch, or if the dodgy egg salad sandwich you made the night before just doesn’t cut it.
