My Banyan Tree - Fortitude Valley

It is a beautiful Indian restaurant in the Fortitude Valley with ample seating. personal helpful and smiling and great service. all objects, veg. only, we were good. beautiful place to throw a party too.

The evening dinner here on Wednesday evening of a recommendation was certainly not disappointed. the food was delicious decent portions. the restaurant was clean, the menu was very expensive. the personal was friendly, the service was prompt. in any case worth a try.

The eating was terrible, at first the owner came as waiter and asked the customer to move the glasses and teller. next the waiter spoke rude, cried the customer “guys”. the ordered level was over boiled, not edible. on request, the owner came. to esstic, began to touch the kinen with its bare hands, unhygienic, argumented and rudely spoken to the customer. banyan tree is a terrible place to eat. preserve them on resident communities -preparing for humiliation and disregard and unhygienic food.

Most expensive menu and worst customer service of all time. I wish I could give zero star who knows nothing about customer service. I was a regular customer, but after an experience of yesterday evening I will never go back to this place. Lady...manager and the personal don't care about the customer. the waitress took my teller before I finish my meal. then we did an examination of the curry and the waitress left the table and went to the manager. but the manager did not even seem to know that the customer has a question. at the time of payment I asked the same question again and she said she knows nothing about the question .(I saw that waiter had already passed an inquiry to manager) who always argue that she knows nothing and not even apologizes. also are not sucked in the man who greets them at the door, it is a con artist and a lügner.

We had dinner for four on a Minday night . The Menu was extensive and looked great however we decided to go with the $30 banquets which was fantastic Food was delicious, wait staff were attentive but not invasive and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal.... We experience none of the problems that the previous diners had mentioned
