Matese Pizzeria - Francis Lewis Blvd

They charged us for our order but since their system was down they never actually got the order! Which we didn 't find out until waiting 2 hours for our food. When we called they were incredibly rude. What a shame, I 've loved this place for 12 years! 9 pm, we finally got our cold pizza and frankenfish instead of salmon!?

The service at this restaurant is outstanding. They cooked my spaghetti in a delicious sauce and the portion size was generous. The chicken parmesan on a plate with cheese was beautifully presented and cooked perfectly - tender and flavorful. It felt like I was dining in a high-end restaurant rather than a pizzeria. I give it a 10 out of 5 stars and would highly recommend it to others. The staff is friendly, attentive, and the restaurant is always clean. I've been to many pizzerias and restaurants, but this one stands out. It's clear that they take their job seriously and are dedicated to providing excellent service. So delicious, so good, so amazing!Thai iced tea was Perfect refresher, with just the right amount of Sweet, not over done. Terrible food packaging, no common sense thinking. All soup spilled leaving dried clam pasta.Food: 1/5

Love the pizza here! ordered a few pizzas to my friends for basketball playoffs quick service and delivery. would definitely order again!
