Chef Erik Arnecke and his great team have completely impressed me with their creative gourmet menu for the second time this year! It is an experience to be a guest at Philipp Soldan. The ambience with its clear design invites you to linger. I would particularly like to highlight our service on the second visit. Our evening was made a highlight by Mr. Fynn Garthe with his friendly, open-minded manner and his courteous, impeccable service! Mr. Garthe's wine advice and presentation were perfect. Nice location with a nice ambience, the tables are a bit too narrow in my opinion. The menu composition was good, but I lack some creativity for a “very good”. The service and its quality never meet the demands. The staff is very friendly, but we sat several times with empty glasses for a very long time.
