Starbucks - Frankfurt am Main

Unfortunately, I have to complain today. I was in my “Stamm-Starbucks” in Frankfurt am Main, Kaiserstraße 20. I am very pleased to go there as the staff very nice and flee and I feel very comfortable there (here also the 5 stars). I always order my java chip chocolate with coconut milk, because I don't get any milk at all (whether lactose-free or not. For the second time, the employee said not only normal milk instead of coconut milk, but also after MY intervention (I fear that, otherwise I would now be filled with belly cramps and diarrhea on the way to the doctor! Apart from the fact that I don't have to pay any extra money for coconut milk, that would be enough to complain to me above mentioned belly cramps and diarrhea. As if this had not been unpleasant enough, then I was also surprised by the shift manager / branch manager that coconut milk is only filled in, so I had to explain it again. I felt this situation very unpleasant and above all more than worry about my health! Very bad!

Nice staff, currently little off by Covid19, usually good choice for pastries and food as well as merchandise. Ultimately, Starbuck's flavor is, I like the coffee and the cakes and find it great as it's rather high price you get at least 30 cents discount when you bring your own cup.
