Bricktop's Cool Springs - Franklin

Came here tonight with my family, the food was delicious. We got the Atlantic salmon, ahi tuna steak and a few sushi rolls. All the fish tasted so fresh and good. Service was amazing, our server Lily was so sweet, was attentive and did a great job. We will definitely be back! 10/10

The drinks and the atmosphere were great! Dinner was absolutely delicious. However, I do think the quality of food could use much improvement. For instance the first time I visited them I ordered the Whipped Potatoes. Upon tasting them it became very evident that they were pure instant potatoes. This last time I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo. As it was delicious, I took the remaining food home for my lunch the next day. Once I retrieve it from the microwave there was oil all overs my plate. I feel that for suck a nice atmosphere and price point the quality of food needs some major changes.

We went for a friend's birthday. We shared appetizers (shrimp, dumplings, candied bacon, deviled eggs, calamari). Everything was delicious. We were so full most of us took our entrees home. I did get a bite or two of my prime Rib. It was tender and cooked a perfect medium.

Beautiful decor. If you are expecting great customer service.... This is the place! I love this place. Wonderful atmosphere created by servers, bartenders and other staff. They ensure small details are of your dining experience are taken care of. Food and drink is very good. Highly recommend. Prices are comparable to restaurants.

The salmon was delicious with a lightly crisped, glazed exterior. Perfectly cooked. A lovely side of spinach was a touch too salty for my palate, yet was tender without being mushy and a beautiful, bright green. Our server was attentive; parking was convenient. Outdoor seating on a warm Spring evening in the company of loved ones made the experience one to remember.
