Cajun Steamer Franklin

My date and I walked in. Staff was friendly, and we were seated immediately. Great and prompt service. Our server had followed us and took our drink orders. She came back and took our order when we were ready. I had the fried catfish strips, hush puppies, and fries. My date had the steak with a side of fried okra. We shared the bread pudding for dessert.

Nice small place to eat. It was packed, but the food was worth the wait.

Oysters were good, didn’t have the crawfish but I think that’s the popular thing here, they looked delicious and many people ordered them. I ordered the Redfish Rockefeller. Good service, good food.

Loved this place. Food was flavorful and the staff was very friendly. Sadly, the fish on one entree was overcooked (dry and firm) but the other items on the plate made up for it. We'll be back.

The oysters were the biggest we've ever seen. Had a many on the gulf but none compared to what we had here! I had crab legs... absolutely fantastic! Hubby had catfish and it was amazing! Everything we had was great, service was great, Heather was an outstanding waitress! We will go back as many times as we can!
