Chicken Salad Chick - Franklin

The food and service were great! However, I can only give this location 3 stars because navigating the cramped parking lot is a complete nightmare. We nearly got hit three times while trying to enter and exit due to the tight spaces, traffic jams, and people driving the wrong way.

I love Salad Chick and have been a regular customer since the first time I tried it. While some options aren't the healthiest if you choose unwisely, they do offer plenty of healthier choices, so there's a good variety overall. However, I noticed that the manager at this location was quite rude to one of the employees, and it was clear that it affected the employee's mood. This wasn't the first time something like this had happened. Interestingly, when the manager came out to check my $100 bill, her attitude completely changed in front of the customers. This experience made me hesitant to return to this location, but I will always support the franchise itself.

I very much like chicken salad chick. Even though I arrived close to closing time, they were still happy to serve me. I always go to the Spring Hill location and this one is just as good. The manager Melissa is very friendly and she goes above and beyond!

Wasn't optimist when I heard about CSC but it was amazing! With great options... don't think twice ... just go. You'll love it

Love Chicken Salad Chick! Lots of different flavors of chicken salad to choose from. Staff at this location have always been super friendly and very efficient, restaurant has plenty of tables for dining in, great place of you're in a hurry.
