Frothy Monkey - Franklin

I love Frothy Monkey!! I had a pretty frustrating experience there recently. It was the first time I was not satisfied with their service. I contacted management and they went above and beyond to make things right. I've been since then and received the same service as in the past (great . I got the Golden Monkey Latte and it was… in a word… AMAZING! It was warm, delicious, and unique! The atmosphere was perfect for getting work done, catching up over breakfast, or just enjoying the perfection of the lattes!

Cappuccino was good. I think the server was slightly aggravated that we didn't order food, but I didn't see people waiting for our table weren't there for an inordinately long time. He definitely seemed to want us to vacate. So we cut our meeting short.

Great brunch vibe even with the alarming number of fussy infants and toddlers around us. Coffee, food, and mimosas were delicious. We were able to sit and chill on our laptop (power outlets available) after we paid the check without feeling rushed.

First time here and my gf wanted to have coffee here before having breakfast with friends. Cons: Great customer service, coffee better than coffee bean tea(West Coast area), we had the Tuttle latte and Havana latte. Cons: limited parking, disclosure I didn't have any food at this location.
