John's Burgers - Franklin

This burger is fantastic! Even though it's located in a mall food court, this place offers much more than the usual food court options. I believe their burgers surpass those from Five Guys and other chains. I appreciate that the toppings are complimentary and that the buns are toasted.

Unexpectedly delicious mall food! I tried the fried chicken sandwich and was pleasantly surprised by how it wasn't overly greasy. It was really crispy and flavorful. The staff members were both friendly and helpful, and the service was quick. I would definitely eat here again!

The food is prepared fresh for each order! As soon as you place your order, they notify the cook to begin making your meal. It may take a minute to prepare, but I truly believe it's worth the wait. I highly recommend the fried chicken sandwich with mayo and cheese—it's absolutely delicious!

This is now one of my favorite places to get a chicken sandie. They cook everything as soon as you order, so it’s always fresh. The fries are immaculate and unbeatable. They are crunchy but soft and the flavor is great.

Great experience! Out of every food vendor in the court this is the friendliest and their food is delicious! We’ll definitely be making this our regular stop every time we visit the mall! Highly recommend you give them a try. I know once you do that you’ll be going back again and again.
