Just Love Coffee Cafe Mcewen - Franklin

I love..Just Love the one 's in Murfreesboro never disappoint. This was my 1st time at this location. I was greeted by a lovely couple having their Sunday morning coffee with their adorable Labrador Retriever...but that was all. The person at the counter was too busy on their phone. After they asked how they could help i said I was here for a mobile order and they pointed over to the corner to a rack and said it should be there. It was. The burrito was mostly tortilla and not much other ingredients, was bland. My coworkers enjoyed their food. I 'm 38n I 've been in customer service for about 15 years and 1st impressions make or break an experience. Your boh can produce phenomenal food and your atmosphere can be hip and welcoming but if your foh staff is too busy to be present for their job, it makes you feel unwelcome.

Lattes were awesome, avocado toast was delicious. If you go in the morning, find a seat that does not face the windows. There are no shades and the morning sun can be blinding. A lot of customers were commenting and moving their seats to get the sun out of their face. They really should have some blinds in the windows!

Great place to meet friends for a quick bite or chat over a nice chai latte. Great service too!

I'm usually cautious about chain restaurants, and this one was no exception. I should have been more wary. The house coffee was lukewarm at 10 AM, despite the place being busy. The cappuccino was hands down the worst I've ever had—bitter and also lukewarm. The egg serving was barely two bites. I haven't even touched my plate yet; I've never seen such a tiny portion of eggs.
